Shipping And Handling Orders are normally processed and despatched within 24 hours. Our standard Royal Mail, UK delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.

Orders are normally processed and despatched within 24 hours. Our standard UK delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.
If you prefer to have an urgent order sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery, there is a postage charge of £5. For same-day despatch, please ensure we receive your order before 3 p.m.
We will try our hardest to make the commitment of next day delivery but is will not always be possible, all goods (in stock) will be posted at the latest by 9am the following day of order. Please allow 48 hours for delivery in most circumstances.
If, due to high demand, we are temporarily out of stock and unable to despatch your order (or part of it) within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), we will contact you with an expected despatch date and give you the choice of either accepting the revised date or cancelling the order (or part of it) without charge.
You may cancel your order prior to despatch, but as we try to send orders out the same day, please call as soon as you can.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
Please contact us first before returning any items, so we know what to expect and can deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you are returning goods which are unsuitable or the wrong size, they must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we have received them back, we will arrange to replace them or credit you. Except in exceptional circumstances, we would expect you to return them within 14 days. If you chose our free delivery option, we will either deduct a postage & packing charge of £5 from your credit or charge the £5 fee when sending out the replacement.
If you are returning faulty goods, simply send them back to us with a copy of your receipt and clear instructions of what you want us to do. Please ensure the goods are clean and dry when you send them. We'll either replace the goods or credit you. All goods supplied by The Runners Centre come from official sources and are covered by normal manufacturer's warranty.
Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
